This Sunday  At Faith . . . (AM)

I will be taking another look at Haggai chapter two. (2:10-19)  The children of Israel had returned to Jerusalem 18 years earlier to rebuild the Temple, after a stirring challenge from Haggai, they began to rebuild the Temple.
As we continue in chapter two, God calls the prophet to return yet again to the people of Jerusalem to warn them.  They had now been at the work of building the temple for several months but God was concerned about their spiritual drift so He sends Haggai to warn them about the spiritual danger they were facing.  In our lives we have to watch very carefully that we don't drift into error and become out of balance.  This is what was happening to the builders of the Temple.  Why should I care?  Because God warned these builders that the way they live will have a dramatic impact on the rest of their lives.  So when I get out of balance I soon begin to see and feel the impact in my personal life.  Not only that but when I am out of balance my service becomes unacceptable to my Lord.

Our key point in this message: WHEN I LOSE MY BALANCE I LOSE MY WAY
  Sunday night (6 PM)

This week we celebrate the birth of our nation.  In recognition of that our adult choir is presenting a patriotic musical, "WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL".  Hope you can join us for this inspiring presentation of how our love for God and country impact us in very real ways.
