     Sunday November 6

Doug and Dorcas Williams will be  guests in our morning services this Sunday.  Doug and Dorcas planted an Awa church in Ecuador and spent many years seeing it grow and develop.  Doug is now in the States continuing his translation work for the Awa Bible and serving part time on the staff of the Covington Bible Church.  Doug will be preaching in each of our morning services.  Dorcas will be teaching our children in the first hour and the ladies in the Crossroads Bible Study Group at 10:30.

This Sunday night we will gather around the Lord's Table, I hope you can be a part of this special time here at Faith.   Chris will be bringing a message before the communion entitled, "A Day In The Life Of A Disciple".   Hope you can join us this Sunday night at 6 PM

THANKS

Trunk or Treat was a great outreach into our community.  Due to the unusally cold weather it was necessary to hold it inside.  This created a lot of extra work for all the volunteers.  I just wanted to thank everyone for their extra effort in making everthing move smoothly, many folks from our community visited that night and hundreds of gospel tracts were distributed.   Thanks to all who donated candy, hours of work and prayers for this event.  It was packed as the hallways were crowded, but everyone seemed to have a great time and many people where on our campus for the first time.

New Sermon Series by Billy and Chris  Coming
We will be looking for "vital signs" that a church is alive and well.   As we face 2012 how can be sure Faith is headed in the right direction?  How can we flesh out our motto which is "Connecting People with God, Others and Service? The series will begin next Sunday November 13.  Hope you can join us as we cast a vision for where our church is going.
